William is a senator’s grandson who gets gifted with Theodore, his personal slave, for his 16th birthday. This slave’s final goal is to fight for money in the arena to buy his freedom at some point! After a lot of difficulties, the two of them fall in love though.
This scene takes place right before an official parade before the fight (this is his parade uniform, sponsored by Billy’s family) and Teddy pledges his loyalty to his tiny young master while Billy wishes him luck.
